Nowadays I don’t read a lot of books, or at least, not only for fun as I was used to. Regardless of that ,I still enjoy reading design related stuff. And even though I like to read I don’t have a favourite author, I jump from book to book not really caring about the person who wrote them, but I have to admit that for a period of time i was really stuck with john green, because, cringy teenage phase. The books i read are alway romantic books or tragic novels, all kind of young adult related stuff actually, but i’ve always preferred the -sad- love stories, they break and warm my lonely and cold heart all at the same time, in the end I guess I read to feel something in my dead soul. One of the books that I like the most is ‘Aristotle And Dante discover the secrets of the universe’ it’s such a great book, the quiet journey of this introverted friendless teenager shows how little we may know ourselves and how hard it is to embrace and accept that is just great. The last book that i read was Call me by your name, I read it months after seeing the movie, both of them left me with a bitterness in my heart, the end left me sad and crying, I suffered and enjoyed it at the same time, and I do totally recommend it (both, Aristotle and Dante and Call me by Your name) (Dante is such a cool name)
I think that I will see that movie when I arrive at home :B
ResponderBorrari had never read a book from jhon green, maybe some day i will do it, but i think that i´m a little old for those book now :)
ResponderBorrarI hear the name Aristotle, and I thing about books with a deep knowledge of philosophy
ResponderBorrarmmm... we don't have to judge a book for the front page, but "Aristotle and Dante discover the secrets of the Universe" sound funny and mistery
ResponderBorrarI also like books with sad stories that makes you cry at the end. I haven't heard of the book "Call me by your name" but I think that I might like it.
